Terms and Conditions (T&C) for Taxi Sölden

Geltungsbereich und Vertragsabschluss

The services provided by Taxi Sölden are governed by the following Terms and Conditions (T&C), performance descriptions, and price lists. Deviations from these conditions will not apply, even if Taxi Sölden does not explicitly object to them. Deviations from these conditions require the express written confirmation from Taxi Sölden. A contract will only be considered valid upon confirmation by Taxi Sölden.

Leistungsumfang

The scope of services is exclusively determined by the written order confirmation from Taxi Sölden or by a subsidiary based on a written offer from Taxi Sölden. Information in brochures, performance catalogs, price lists, and similar documents is only binding if explicitly referred to. Transportation is carried out in accordance with the provisions of road traffic regulations and the Passenger Transport Act (PbefG). Passengers are obliged to follow instructions from Taxi Sölden or the chauffeur. In case of non-compliance or endangerment of traffic safety, Taxi Sölden has the right to exclude passengers from the transport. In such cases, the full fare, fixed price or kilometer price, and all additional services will be charged.

Flughafenabholung

Changes to the agreed pick-up time must be promptly communicated to Taxi Sölden, regardless of the reason for the change. Damages resulting from delayed notification will be borne by the customer.

Preise

Prices include the statutory value-added tax. The binding prices are those on the day of booking confirmation. Prices not listed must be agreed upon in writing and are only valid for the agreed travel date and rental period. Additional times and distances will be calculated according to the applicable price list. Additional costs due to delays are the responsibility of the customer, unless the delays are caused by Taxi Sölden or the chauffeur. The transportation of normal luggage is included in the price; the transportation of bulky goods requires a separate agreement.

Zahlungsbedingungen

Taxi Sölden may request a deposit of up to 100% of the total price before the journey or demand the presentation of an empty credit card for a valid credit card prior to accepting an order. Remaining payments are due within the deadlines specified in the invoice. Payments will be applied towards the settlement of the oldest outstanding claim. In case of payment default, Taxi Sölden will charge interest at a rate of 5 percentage points above the base interest rate.

Stornierung

Cancellations are effective if made in writing or confirmed in writing by Taxi Sölden. Cancellations without charges are possible up to 24 hours before the start of the journey. Taxi Sölden will charge a share of the base price as compensation:

50% bis zu 24 Stunden vor dem vertraglich vereinbarten Leistungsdatum und 100% bei späteren Stornierungen oder Nichterscheinen.

Haftungsausschluss

Taxi Sölden assumes no liability for time losses and economic consequences, such as delays due to traffic jams, vehicle breakdowns, or weather conditions. Taxi Sölden is not liable for damages caused by incorrect data transmission by the customer.

Anwendbares Recht und Gerichtsstand

For all legal relationships between Taxi Sölden and its customers, Austrian law exclusively applies. The place of jurisdiction and performance is Innsbruck.

Teilnichtigkeit

Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen dieser AGB unwirksam sein, bleiben die übrigen Bestimmungen hiervon unberührt.

Kundenpflichten und Haftung

The customer is obliged to promptly inform Taxi Sölden of any changes to their name, billing address, legal form, and bank details. Likewise, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide the necessary information regarding passengers, time, and location of the service. Should the customer fail to notify promptly, they shall be liable for damages that could have been avoided through timely communication. The customer also undertakes, on behalf of the passengers, not to misuse the service of Taxi Sölden. This includes, in particular:

Keinen Schaden zu verursachen

Keine Strafgesetze zu verletzen

Im Fahrzeug nicht zu rauchen

Die Annahme des Fahrpreises nicht zu verweigern.

In case of violations of these mentioned obligations, Taxi Sölden is entitled to take all necessary measures to terminate the misuse. In case of culpable infringement, the customer shall be liable for claims for damages against Taxi Sölden.

Haftung

Taxi Sölden assumes no liability for time losses and their economic consequences. This includes delays caused by:

Verkehrsstaus oder Straßensperrungen

Fahrzeugpannen oder Verkehrsunfälle

Schlechtem Wetter usw.

Taxi Sölden is not liable for damages incurred by the customer or passengers due to incorrect data transmission by the customer.

Anwendbares Recht und Gerichtsstand

For all legal relationships between Taxi Sölden and the customer, Austrian law exclusively applies. The place of jurisdiction and performance is Innsbruck.

Teilnichtigkeit

Falls eine oder mehrere der oben genannten Bedingungen unwirksam sein sollten, bleiben die übrigen Bedingungen hiervon unberührt.
